“Syria extends its sincere condolences to the leadership, government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran and to the affected families, wishes a speedy recovery to the injured”, the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said in a statement.

The statement added that Syria affirms the inevitability of the failure of terrorists and their supporters to achieve their ugly goals.

The Ministry stressed Syria’s full solidarity with Iran in the face of the terrorist attacks and shameful conspiracies against it, and its confidence in its ability to overcome this painful ordeal.

Syria considers that the escalation of terrorist attacks in the region by known hostile sides is clear evidence of the defeat and failure of their projects, the Ministry added.
